Age Verification Requirements on Clippsly

To access certain features on Clippsly, including listening to explicit tracks and posting comments, you must verify that you are at least 18 years old.

Verify with a Credit Card

You can verify your age using a credit card through our payment provider, Stripe.

There are two ways to do this:

Membership Verification

Purchase a Clippsly membership using a credit card. Once the purchase is completed, your account will automatically be marked as 18+.

Instant Credit Card Verification

If you don’t want a membership, you can complete a quick age verification check using a credit card.

During verification, Stripe may display the process as saving a card for future use. This is required so Stripe can securely determine whether the card is a credit card.

After the verification check completes:

• If the card qualifies, your account is marked as 18+.
• If the card does not qualify, verification fails.

In either case, Clippsly immediately removes the verification intent and does not keep the card attached to your account as part of the verification process.

Important Notes

• Only credit cards can be used for age verification.
• Debit cards, prepaid cards, and other payment methods cannot be used for age verification.
• Card details are processed securely by Stripe.
• Clippsly does not store your card details.
• Verification is usually completed within a few seconds.

Once verified, you’ll immediately gain access to all features restricted to users aged 18 and over.
