Age Verification Requirements on Clippsly

You now need to verify your age to use certain features, including listening to explicit tracks and posting comments.

You have two ways to do this:

1. Verify by Selfie

Take a quick selfie and our self-hosted open-source DeepFace system checks if you’re over 18.

• We don’t store your selfie anywhere.

• We delete it immediately after the check.

• If you’re 18+, we update your account so you can use restricted features right away.

2. Verify by Purchase

Buy anything on Clippsly, memberships, limit resets, supporter contributions, or gifts, and we mark your account as 18+.

This change applies only to users in the UK.
