2. Digital Services & Immediate Access

Clippsly provides digital services that are delivered and activated immediately after successful payment.

These services may include:

  • Music distribution and DSP submission services

  • Storage, hosting, and creator platform tools

  • Access to premium or downloadable content

Due to the nature of digital services, performance begins immediately once payment is completed.


3. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation may be lost once service delivery has begun.

Because services are activated instantly and platform resources may be consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once:

  • account access has been granted,

  • premium features have been activated,

  • music distribution has been initiated,

  • content has been uploaded or processed,

  • or platform services have otherwise begun.

Refunds, credits, or reversals are therefore not normally provided for:

  • or account enforcement actions resulting from violations of our Terms of Service.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through a bank, card provider, or payment processor, Clippsly reserves the right to:

  • revoke premium features or services associated with the disputed transaction,

  • pause ongoing distribution services,

  • or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive payment activity.

We encourage users to contact support before initiating payment disputes so we can attempt to resolve billing issues directly.
