- Repeated copyright violations may result in loss of creator or distribution privileges, listener-only account conversion, content removal, or account termination.
- Private library uploads are private to your account and are not publicly distributed or sent to Roblox.
- We use human moderation, automated systems, fraud detection, copyright tools, and AI-assisted moderation to help keep the platform safe.
- Accounts may be subject to storage limits depending on membership tier. Uploads may be restricted once storage limits are reached until content is deleted or additional storage is obtained.
- AI and automated systems may occasionally make mistakes, and we continuously improve them over time.
- We collect limited information necessary to operate the platform, including account details, uploaded content, payment information, and IP-related security signals.
- IP addresses and security-related identifiers are encrypted, hashed, or otherwise protected internally wherever possible.
- We do not sell your personal data or use third-party advertising trackers.
- Some features rely on third-party providers and integrations such as Roblox, Stripe, Last.fm, moderation providers, and rights-management services.
- Creator features, integrations, memberships, and platform functionality may be restricted, modified, or revoked where necessary for moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational, or safety reasons.
- Purchases for digital memberships and creator services are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law.
- You remain responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights necessary for any content you upload, distribute, or store on Clippsly.
- We comply with applicable UK GDPR and EU GDPR privacy requirements and are currently in the process of appointing an EU GDPR Article 27 representative.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Clippsly, a music and creator platform operated by Clippsly Ltd (CRN. 14154014), located at:

2. Accounts & Eligibility
Account Registration
Clippsly supports authentication through:

- Discord OAuth
- YouTube OAuth
- ClipID email/password authentication
Additional integrations may include:
- Twitch
- SoundCloud
- Last.fm
- X (formerly Twitter)
- and other third-party services.
By using third-party authentication or integrations, you authorize Clippsly to access limited account information necessary for authentication, profile setup, integrations, and platform functionality.
Age Requirements
Users must be at least 13 years old to use Clippsly.
Users under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the platform.
Certain features may require additional age verification where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
Account Regions
Clippsly may assign regional designations to accounts based on IP-related security signals, payment regions, or other operational factors.
Region assignments may affect:
- available features,
- pricing,
- moderation requirements,
- or service availability.
Clippsly reserves the right to review or modify regional assignments where reasonably necessary for:
- fraud prevention,

Account Deletion

- abuse prevention,
- payment disputes,

Account Restrictions & Termination
Clippsly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, convert, or terminate accounts involved in:
- violations of these Terms,
- repeated copyright violations,
- fraud,
- abuse of platform systems,
- harmful conduct,
- platform manipulation,
- or activity deemed harmful to users, creators, rights holders, or the platform.
Restrictions may include:
- removal of creator privileges,
- loss of Roblox distribution eligibility,
- upload restrictions,
- listener-only account conversion,
- payment restrictions,
- temporary suspension,
- content removal,
- or permanent termination.
3. Creator & Distribution Eligibility
Certain Clippsly services and creator features are subject to account eligibility, moderation standing, and platform trust requirements.
These may include:
- public uploads,
- Roblox distribution,
- creator monetization,
- creator memberships,
- and other creator-related functionality.
Clippsly reserves the right to restrict or permanently revoke access to creator or distribution features for accounts involved in:
- repeated copyright violations,
- upload abuse,
- fraud,
- manipulation of platform systems,
- ban evasion,
- or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or rights holders.
Loss of creator or distribution eligibility does not necessarily result in account termination.
Creator functionality may also be subject to storage allowances, upload quotas, and fair usage limitations depending on membership tier.
Users may continue using listener and private-library functionality unless otherwise restricted.
4. Private Library Uploads
Clippsly may provide private library functionality allowing users to upload audio content solely for personal, non-public use within their own account.
Private library uploads:
- are not publicly searchable,
- are not publicly distributed,
- are not distributed to Roblox,
- and may only be accessible to the account owner.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring they possess all rights necessary to upload and store content within their private library.
Clippsly may restrict, review, remove, or disable access to private library content where reasonably necessary for:
- legal compliance,
- fraud prevention,
- abuse prevention,
- platform safety,
- moderation enforcement,
- or rights-holder obligations.
5. Data Handling & Privacy
Use of Clippsly is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Return & Refund Policy.
Clippsly processes certain information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
Information We Process
This may include:
- account information,
- uploaded content,
- moderation history,
- payment information,
- usage analytics,
- and IP-related security information.
IP Addresses & Security Signals
Clippsly processes IP-related security information for purposes including:
- fraud prevention,
- abuse detection,
- moderation enforcement,
- region assignment,
- platform security,
- and ban evasion prevention.
Where possible, IP addresses are encrypted, hashed, or otherwise protected internally and are not directly visible to staff during normal platform operations.
This processing is based on Clippsly’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and UK GDPR.
Storage & Security
Data may be stored or processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
While Clippsly implements reasonable safeguards, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
GDPR & Privacy Rights
Where applicable under EU GDPR or UK GDPR, users may request:
- access to their data,
- correction of inaccurate information,
- deletion of eligible data,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- or objection to certain processing activities.

Use of Clippsly may involve limited sharing or processing of necessary data with such providers solely for:
- platform functionality,
- moderation,
- fraud prevention,
- creator services,
- analytics,
- integrations,
- or legal compliance.
Clippsly is not responsible for:
- outages,
- moderation decisions,
- policy enforcement,
- account actions,
- or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. User Content & Conduct
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to any applicable third-party rights, licenses, or legal restrictions.
By uploading content, users grant Clippsly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- host,
- process,
- reproduce,
- adapt,
- distribute,
- display,
- and transmit content
solely as necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide platform functionality.
Roblox Distribution
If you choose to use Roblox-related distribution functionality, you agree that Clippsly may sublicense or transmit content to Roblox Corporation solely for the purpose of providing requested distribution services.
Clippsly is not responsible for moderation or enforcement decisions made by Roblox.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for uploaded or stored content.
Users must ensure they possess all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary for content uploaded to Clippsly.
Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
- copyright infringement,
- unauthorized reuploads,
- hateful conduct targeting protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation,
- harassment,
- violent extremist content,
- sexually explicit material,
- deceptive or fraudulent content,
- malicious software,
- privacy violations,
- illegal content,
- and content promoting harmful or criminal activity.
Explicit Content
Users must accurately mark tracks containing explicit language or mature themes.
AI-Generated Content
Users uploading AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be required to disclose this information through platform tools.
AI-generated content may not:
- deceptively impersonate real individuals,
- violate intellectual property rights,
- or mislead users regarding ownership or authorship.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
Clippsly uses a combination of:
- human moderation,
- automated systems,
- AI-assisted moderation,
- fraud detection systems,
- copyright tools,
- and safety systems
to enforce these Terms.
Possible enforcement actions include:
- warnings,
- feature restrictions,
- content removal,
- creator eligibility removal,
- listener-only conversion,
- visibility restrictions,
- payment restrictions,
- temporary suspension,
- or account termination.
Appeals
Users may submit appeals for certain moderation actions through designated platform processes.
Certain actions involving:
- fraud,
- legal obligations,
- severe abuse,
- rights-holder requests,
- or platform safety
may not be eligible for appeal.
Clippsly may review moderation actions at its discretion.
9. AI Moderation & Automated Systems
Clippsly uses automated technologies and AI-assisted moderation systems to help:
- detect copyright infringement,
- identify harmful or illegal content,
- prevent fraud and abuse,
- detect spam and malicious activity,
- assist moderation workflows,
- and improve platform safety.
These systems may analyze:
- uploaded audio,
- images,
- metadata,
- text content,
- account activity,
- behavioral signals,
- and platform interactions.
Automated systems may flag or temporarily restrict content or accounts pending further review.
Human review may be used where appropriate, but certain automated safety systems may operate without manual review where necessary to protect:
- the platform,
- rights holders,
- users,
- or third-party integrations.
Automated systems may produce inaccurate or incorrect results and are continuously refined to improve accuracy, safety, and effectiveness.
10. Payments, Memberships & Chargebacks
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors including Stripe.
Digital Services
Certain Clippsly memberships, subscriptions, creator features, and digital services are delivered immediately upon activation.
By purchasing digital services, you acknowledge that service delivery may begin immediately and that you may lose certain statutory cancellation rights where permitted under applicable law.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, purchases for digital services and memberships are generally non-refundable once activated or delivered.
Chargebacks & Payment Abuse
Initiating fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks after receiving or consuming Clippsly services may result in:
- suspension,
- termination,
- revocation of creator privileges,
- removal of paid features,
- or restrictions on future access to Clippsly services.
Clippsly reserves the right to:
- dispute chargebacks,
- retain relevant records for fraud prevention and legal compliance,
- and recover losses associated with payment abuse where permitted by applicable law.
11. Service Availability & Feature Revocation
Clippsly services, integrations, memberships, creator features, distribution systems, upload functionality, and third-party integrations may be modified, restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time due to:
- violations of these Terms,
- abuse of platform systems,
- legal obligations,
- third-party provider requirements,
- platform safety concerns,
- fraud prevention,
- moderation enforcement,
- operational changes,
- or technical limitations.
Access to creator or distribution-related functionality is not guaranteed and may depend on:
- account standing,
- moderation history,
- payment status,
- platform trust signals,
- regional availability,
- or third-party service eligibility.
Storage Limits:
- Creator accounts may be subject to storage quotas, upload limits, or fair usage restrictions depending on membership tier, account standing, platform requirements, or operational limitations.
- If an account exceeds its assigned storage allowance, Clippsly may restrict additional uploads until storage usage is reduced or additional storage capacity is obtained.
- Deleting uploaded tracks or content may reduce storage usage and restore upload eligibility.
- Existing content may remain accessible even where upload functionality becomes restricted due to storage limits.
Clippsly does not guarantee continued availability of any specific:
- feature,
- integration,
- pricing model,
- creator functionality,
- or third-party service.
Clippsly reserves the right to discontinue or modify services where reasonably necessary for:
- operation,
- legal compliance,
- platform safety,
- or infrastructure management.
12. Copyright & Legal Compliance
Clippsly respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid legal requests.
Copyright Infringement
Users may not upload or distribute content they do not have the legal right to use.
Repeated copyright violations may result in:
- creator restrictions,
- removal of distribution access,
- listener-only conversion,
- content removal,
- or account termination.
DMCA & Legal Requests
Clippsly responds to valid DMCA notices and other lawful intellectual property complaints.

Counter-Notifications
Users may submit counter-notifications where permitted under applicable law.
13. GDPR Article 27 EU Representative
Clippsly Ltd is currently in the process of appointing a representative within the European Union pursuant to Article 27 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Representative details will be published within these Terms and/or the Clippsly Privacy Policy once finalized.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Clippsly is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clippsly and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages,
- loss of profits,
- loss of data,
- service interruptions,
- or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clippsly from claims arising from:

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
